Our team is our strength. We strive to maintain a challenging, motivating and rewarding work culture at all times. Most of our employees and consultants are graduate engineers, post graduates and doctorates. They have substantial experience in the software industry, both in India and overseas.
Software engineering methodologies using CASE tools and structured programming techniques are followed by all our engineers. Project management has been our major strength. The successful completion of huge R&D projects within the projected cost and time estimates bear testimony to this fact.
H K Muralidhara
		A Master of Science with over two decades of IT experience in Business analysis, Design, Development, implementation and maintenance of Business Software applications mainly in the areas of Manufacturing, ERP, and Banking (&Financial Systems).
Has also been involved in EDP management and Consultancy. Has developed and managed projects under Client- server, DOS, UNIX and Windows environments in both domestic and international Markets. Major clients handled include Citibank(India), Digital (Hongkong & India), Hongkong Govt - IT Dept., HP Singapore. Has substantial experience in COBOL programming in addition to RDBMS like Oracle, Unify, Ingres. Has substantial exposure to Software Engineering methodologies and his current area of focus is in Business development and resources management.
Prakash Padmanabhan
		A Commerce graduate with a Post graduate diploma in Business Administration and a masters degree in Computer Science. He has over 10 years of experience in leading and managing big teams. He was involved in software requirement specifications and formulating design for many international projects.
He is specialized in Project Management and design and development using CASE tools of software in the areas of Network Management, Banking, Dedicated communications. He has successfully headed teams in development projects such as Global IT Project Portfolio Management (Union Bank of Switzerland), Management for Telecom Networks, Pre- Flight Message generation package, A test suit for Hewlett- Packard, POSIX compliant test suites and porting of library of calls for a military standard bus to an embedded environment.
He is also involved in techno-commercial and quality assurance.
S V Padmanabhan
		A graduate in Telecommunications and Electronics with a three year stint in post-graduate research. His first exposure to IT was more than 25 years ago. He was entrusted with an assignment by the Indian Railways for the design and commissioning of an on-board computerized instrumentation system for rail-vehicle interaction studies.
Subsequently, he has held senior consulting, marketing and management positions in both Govt. and private industry. He was Chief Executive of Indian operations for CII-Honeywell-Bull, France and Wang Laboratories, Inc. USA. He partnered with Information Dimensions Inc., USA to market their document management products. His interests are primarily in the areas of Office Automation including Document Imaging, Document Management and related technologies besides consulting for marketing IT products and services.
V Desikan
		With over 22 years of experience in software industry, he has a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and an Engineering Degree in Electronics.
He has held many senior positions in leading scientific and research organizations where he was involved in conceiving & executing high-tech, high value projects, project costing & cash flow management apart from System Analysis, Project Management, Risk Analysis, ROI Analysis. Some of his responsibilities included detailed definition, RFP, floating tenders, examining proposals and coordinating technical and commercial negotiations with International firms.
An academician to the core he has received the DRDO "Scientist of the Year" (1983) award from the late Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi for the work on unmanned air vehicles (UAVs) and he has many technical papers to his credit.
M R Ramachandran
		He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta, India) and a Bachelor of Technology degree (Electrical Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology (Delhi, India).
Ram (as he is known outside India) is VP - Marketing. He currently heads our US office. Apart from his responsibilities in developing the US market, he also oversees the marketing functions of other Fusion bases. Prior to this assignment, he was handling our Swiss Base. He has also had a brief stint with our operations in Singapore. Prior to joining Fusion, Ram was responsible for the sales in a couple of large states in India for Shaw Wallace & Co.
R B Devaraj
		Devaraj a Bachelor of Commerce and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has 14 years of Consultancy experience and practice in the field of Finance, Accounts, Taxation and Company Law Matters. He specializes in audits, implementation and evaluation of MIS. He has conducted audits of several Corporations, Government Companies, Public Sector undertakings and Banks.
